At Arriva Kent Thameside Limited, our Bus Operators play a vital role in the communities we serve. Compensation Details:

£15.27 per hour for the initial 7 months of service;

£16.27 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.

£16.10 per hour after 7 months of service;

£17.10 per hour on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • PCV Licence (If you do not possess this, consider applying for our trainee bus driver role).
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Drug and alcohol testing will be required during the driving assessment.
  • Weekend work may be necessary based on your schedule; however, you will be informed in advance of your shifts.
