Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Commercial Services Interim & Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Experience in recruiting, inducting, supervising, appraising, coaching, delegating to, and generally managing staff
    • Confident in the development of policy and procedures in an organisational context
  • Project Management
    • Experience in recruitment induction, management and performance of project managers in specific services
    • Proven experience managing budgets and operational procedures across multiple projects.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Being able to work strategically, being able to contribute to the longer-term direction, which will include, drafting plans & proposals, input on tenders and fundraising.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborating effectively with building relationships with existing partnerships and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Pension Scheme
    • 5% of salary. You are required to contribute an additional 3% into the scheme.
  • Annual Leave
    • Pro-rata amount of both the full-time leave allowance of 27 days and bank holidays remaining in the financial year
  • Salary and Benefits
    • The starting salary is at NJC Scale Point 26, £31,192 including ILW, for 28 hours a week (pro rata of £38,991)

Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Ability to generate and use methods for collecting data for diverse purposes (e.g. needs analysis, monitoring, research, fundraising)
    • Ability to set up and use management information systems to control the quality and quantity of service delivery
    • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise your own and others' work
    • Ability to use standard word processing, spreadsheet and web-related software

    • Confident and effective communicator
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work strategically and think critically
