Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 GCSEs / O levels (grades A - C) in Maths & English or equivalent experience
  • Proficient IT skills

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in administration / clerical / customer service related area
  • ECDL / other IT qualification
  • Experience using CRIS

Experience

Essential

  • Familiarity with computerized systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling confidential/sensitive information
  • At least one year of experience interacting with patients/public/customers, either face-to-face or via telephone, on a daily basis.
  • At least one year of experience working in the NHS or other complex organizations

Desirable

  • Experience in an appointment booking environment
  • Experience managing waiting lists and targets
  • Experience working within the NHS
