Job Summary:

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, including hardware, printers, mobile phones, and executive support.
  • Manage incident queues and vendor management.
  • Handle customer calls and executive user management.
  • Manage communication with customers.
  • Respond to reactive or proactive incidents in a timely fashion.
  • Record and document incident tickets.
  • Monitor phones, emails, and Microsoft Team chat for incoming incidents.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting WIN-7 and WIN-10 onsite and remotely.
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting WIN-10 laptops and desktops, tablets, and handheld devices.
  • Extensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software management.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, tablets, and device configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of O365 products and services.
  • Knowledge of device security and antivirus programs.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge.
  • Proven experience in desktop site and remote support roles.
