Job Summary

Clinical Team Administrator - Wellbeing Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Team Administrator. As a key member of our Wellbeing Service, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams and providing exceptional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including managing patient records, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals and the general public, ensuring excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Work closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilize electronic patient systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different sites and offices, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and other administrative software.
  • Knowledge of NHS policy and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
