About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Lead to join our team at Caridon Group. As a Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting Housing Support Officers in providing housing-related support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build positive relationships with clients and ensure the delivery of personalized housing plans.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify and address their needs and goals.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and support Housing Support Officers in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to ensure the team meets its performance targets.
  • Service Delivery
    • Oversee the day-to-day running of our supported housing service.
    • Monitor and improve service delivery to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
    • Build relationships with referral sources and partner organizations to access support services.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on service delivery and performance.
    • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least two years' experience in managing a small team.
    • Demonstration of leadership and management skills.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of housing-related laws and regulations.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Ability to provide a non-judgmental and professional service to clients.
    • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and basic first aid.
