About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to join our team at a prestigious boutique hotel in London. As a Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and leading a team of waiters to deliver outstanding service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of waiters to ensure prompt and professional service delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety legislation
  • Train and develop the team to improve service standards
  • Promote good team spirit and build strong relationships with team members and guests
  • Control accurate billing and manage cash handling procedures

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or a valid work permit
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

What We Offer:

A competitive salary up to £41,500 per year, including a basic annual salary of £34,728 plus service charge between £4K and £7K per year. A 45-hour working week and opportunities for career development and growth.
