Lead Mixologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at the iconic May Fair Bar at The 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all drinks served meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead and motivate the bar operations team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and staff morale.
• Ensure that all bar operations are run efficiently and effectively, including stock management, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement new drink menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the hotel's events team to provide exceptional service for special events and functions.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all drinks and services meet the hotel's high standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Manager in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to create innovative and signature drinks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
