Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our Employee Benefits team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to identify and acquire new business opportunities for our Relationship Managers.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify potential clients and sales expansion opportunities.
  • Utilize your knowledge of internal offerings and product solutions to gain prospective client appointments.
  • Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests, and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar telesales or call centre environment.
  • Excellent academic background, with good grades in Maths and English.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with diverse backgrounds.
  • Competent in MS Office applications.
