Job Summary:

Pertemps Managed Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50-60 calls a day on an automated dialler to engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Develop and present tailored offers that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Achieve daily sales targets of 3-6 sales, with a high success rate of 90% among existing team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations, and industry standards in every interaction.

Requirements:
