**Your role**:
As part of the expansion of our Interior Solutions department, we require an Internal Sales Representative (Telesales) to work in the sales support team. Your role will include the following:

- Taking inbound calls, both internal and external;
- Receiving and processing orders;
- Interacting with new and existing customers to ensure understanding and logging potential sales opportunities on the CRM database;
- Updating CRM database to capture up to date market information, range portfolios and competitor activity;
- To research and log potential new prospects on internal database utilising market information and relevant furniture industry sources;
- Work closely with the Warehouse/Dispatch team to coordinate & track customer deliveries;
- Qualification of customer data and potential spend generating a focus list for onward sales;
- Manage some small accounts and make outbound calls to assess new business opportunities, before passing to the Sales Managers.

**Your profile**:
You will:
▪Possess excellent communication skills and Telephone manner within a lively customer oriented sales office;
▪Be experienced in telesales/sales support or a business development role ideally within a B2B environment;
▪Be computer literate with experience using Microsoft packages including Teams;
▪Be able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team, open to learning new skills;
▪Have knowledge of CRM systems and SAP (advantageous), although training will be given.

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
