Job Opportunity

Pertemps Managed Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced sales professional to make outbound calls to customers, promoting our exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50-60 calls per day on an automated dialler, building rapport with customers and creating tailored offers that meet their needs.
  • Achieve targets of 3-6 sales per day, with 90% of the existing team consistently hitting their targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • 12 months of experience in outbound sales within the last 3 years, with a proven track record of success.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with remote working and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • The desire to exceed targets, while maintaining a strong focus on process, compliance, and regulations.
