Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at All Bar One Guildford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Serve Guests: Greet and serve our guests with a smile, ensuring they have a memorable experience at All Bar One Guildford.
  • Maintain High Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Work with the Team: Collaborate with our team to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Be a Brand Champion: Be a champion of our brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of our menus, making recommendations to our guests and ensuring they have a great dining experience.
