Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients and guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless delivery of events and exhibitions.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including the preparation of food and beverage services.
  • Operate cash handling and till systems, processing transactions and managing cash and credit card payments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and event management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings, as required.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills in this area.
