The NEC Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting various hospitality events and conferences at the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage catering operations and provide excellent customer service
  • Support hospitality events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service
  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions efficiently
  • Provide hot plate and buffet service, as well as tea and coffee service
  • Assist with bar and wine service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Food and beverage service skills desirable
  • Flexibility in working hours
