Team Leader - Front of House Operations

Reports To: General Store Manager

Position Overview

As the Team Leader, you will oversee the Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary focus will be to enhance sales and profitability through effective upselling techniques and attentive guest care. Cultivating a positive and productive work environment for your team is essential to securing repeat patronage at German Doner Kebab.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

  • Supervise the Front of House area at a German Doner Kebab establishment
  • Uphold high standards of guest service and resolve any customer issues promptly
  • Ensure the delivery of quality products while managing inventory levels
  • Train and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations
  • Champion the GDK brand and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Organize staff schedules and manage cash handling
  • Collaborate with management and team members to meet business objectives

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Team Leader position should possess strong communication skills and have a background in the food service industry. Key qualifications include proficiency in English, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and financial acumen.
