Role Overview:

As the Country House Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the House Manager to ensure an exceptional standard of service and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
  • Front of House Leadership: Oversee the front of house team, maintaining high standards in guest areas and accommodations.
  • Property Maintenance: Assist in managing property upkeep, collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Team Culture Development: Cultivate a positive team environment, recognizing the importance of teamwork in achieving operational success.
  • Centralized Support: Collaborate with central HR and operations teams to manage recruitment, performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals with:

  • A strong background in the Tourism or Hospitality sector, ideally with experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager or similar roles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours, including evenings and weekends.
