We offer competitive pay rates of £13.15 - 14.13 per hour and 35p per mile.

**Our rates explained**:
We pay fantastic travel and mileage payments as well as an hourly rate of pay when directly caring for clients. All of these rates added together gives you a starting rate of between £13.15 - £14.13 depending on your qualifications.

**Let’s break it down**:

- £11.50 - £13.06 is the hourly rate depending on qualifications
- £11.50 per hour is paid for all the time you travel between clients
- 35 pence per mile is paid for travel between clients

Unlike other providers, we don’t deduct travel time from our clients. We pay our carers time to travel and give our clients the time they expect and the dignity they deserve.

We also pay for training so you earn as soon as you start with us and have the opportunity to sign up for free Health & Social Care Diplomas.
