As the Senior Change Manager overseeing the Personal Lines (PL) Motor Claims transformation initiatives, your primary focus will be on enhancing performance within the Customer Operations team. You will be tasked with optimizing both new and existing technologies while implementing process and product enhancements across PL Motor Claims, effectively eliminating inefficiencies and addressing failure demand.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency by:

  • Enhancing digital capabilities and fostering process improvements.
  • Promoting digital adoption to simplify experiences for customers and colleagues.
  • Automating operational workflows and ensuring readiness for business changes.

As a member of the Motor Claims Senior Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the governance, facilitation, and tracking of all non-funded changes affecting Personal Lines Motor claims. You will also collaborate with senior change leaders across Claims to share best practices and coordinate cross-change activities.

Reporting directly to the PL Motor Claims Director, you will showcase exceptional business readiness, supporting continuity in service delivery, adoption, quality assurance, and ultimately enhancing employee engagement. Your ability to navigate complexity will be essential in removing obstacles and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer value. Furthermore, you will provide consistent project and program communications to both business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A robust and proven background in change management is essential.
  • Familiarity with Personal Lines or Motor claims is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and strong analytical skills.
  • A track record of successful delivery in complex business environments.
  • Senior-level influencing and relationship management capabilities.
