As the Senior Change Manager overseeing the Personal Lines (PL) Motor Claims Change portfolio and team, your focus will be on enhancing performance within the Customer Operations division, optimizing both new and existing technologies, and implementing process and product enhancements across PL Motor Claims, while eliminating inefficiencies and unnecessary demand.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will enhance operational efficiency by advancing digital capabilities, streamlining processes, fostering digital adoption, simplifying experiences for customers and colleagues, automating operational workflows, and ensuring organizational readiness. As a member of the Motor Claims Senior Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the governance, facilitation, and monitoring of all Non-Funded changes affecting Personal Lines Motor claims, in addition to sharing best practices and coordinating cross-change activities with senior change professionals across Claims.

Reporting to the PL Motor Claims Director, you will showcase exceptional business readiness, supporting continuity in service delivery, adoption, integration, quality assurance, and ultimately employee engagement. You will possess the ability to navigate complexity, remove obstacles, and provide innovative solutions that enhance customer value. Furthermore, you will ensure effective and consistent project/program communications and reporting to both business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A robust and proven background in change management is essential.
  • Familiarity with Personal Lines / Motor claims is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities.
  • A proven history of successful delivery in a complex business landscape.
  • Senior-level influencing, relationship management, and consulting skills.
