**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SIDLER SA, a leading luxury brand. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the success of our luxury brand in the prestigious Harrods store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage the store's budget and KPIs, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about luxury retail and customer service.
