About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Brand Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our brand management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business and marketing strategy for our luxury eyewear brands in the North Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Business and Marketing Strategy: Work with our global brand guidelines to develop a comprehensive business and marketing strategy for the wholesale North Europe region, focusing on distribution, facings, assortments, location in store, and visibility.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Oversee a 1.7m€ marketing budget and maintain the invoicing process.
  • B2B Communication Strategy: Manage the full B2B communication strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Internal Communication: Lead internal communication flow of brand plans, focusing on trade marketing and sales.
  • Forecast and Allocation: Monitor the forecast and allocation process for permanent and seasonal marketing tools.
  • Product and Market Analysis: Conduct product and market analysis to develop concrete recommendations for action.
  • Assortment Recommendations: Build assortment recommendations in collaboration with the Category Management team.
  • Product Segmentations: Ensure full understanding of product segmentations throughout the salesforce.
  • Product Feedback: Collect and consolidate product feedback for global product teams across all categories.
  • Collection Presentations: Present new collections to clients and internally to staff.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things within the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree-level qualification in Business or Economics with a focus on Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in brand or category management within luxury.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer literacy, and confident handling of Microsoft Office.
