Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading all store operations, delivering key sales targets and KPIs, and ensuring the maintenance of qualitative objectives set for the sales point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed all qualitative and quantitative (KPI) targets for the store as defined by the company.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all procedures, processes, and actions defined by the company and Sales Managers are correctly implemented.
- Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service standards and foster excellent relationships with key clients (client book maintenance and development).
- Staff Management: Recruit, evaluate, and motivate store staff, creating a cohesive team that works together to exceed goals.
- Training and Development: Provide staff training and development on products, procedures, and sales techniques, following company policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure an accurate brand image, maintain visual merchandising standards, maximize product rotation, and ensure best sellers management, conducting regular inventories in store in line with company standards.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage staff schedules and rotation to ensure revenue maximization and optimization of staff costs.
- Safety and Security: Guarantee that all safety and security standards are adhered to.
- Goal Setting: Set and control all individual and store sales goals, KPIs, tasks, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Insights: Act as a principal contact point between the customer and the company, providing data to improve processes and adapt our services and product to local consumers.
