Store Manager Opportunity at Luxe Talent International

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at a brand new store for a renowned luxury brand in the heart of London. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales assistants, ensuring loyalty to the brand, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants by promoting a positive work environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loyalty to the brand
  • Coach and train the team on selling techniques to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by taking commercial initiatives to drive the business and organizing events to engage customers
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and brand culture to provide exceptional customer service and build sales
  • Set and achieve sales targets, manage staff rotas and shifts, and analyze and report KPIs results to the company
  • Lead by example by being involved in all operational tasks and maintaining excellent store standards to reflect the brand image

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service-driven environment, preferably within the luxury industry
  • Strong people skills, including communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
  • Strong understanding of the luxury industry and customer experience
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills to drive profits
  • Proactive, dynamic, and willing to lead by example
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with effective time management skills
