Your Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth. You will be the face of the brand, embodying our values of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, planning and executing in-store events and engaging with the local community to enhance brand presence.
  • Implement effective loss prevention strategies and ensure the store adheres to safety standards.
  • Manage the store's budget efficiently and consistently meet goals.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' work experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a diverse team of employees, with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily store operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and comfortable working with CRM systems, with a preference for proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English and able to travel to Sweden for training.
