We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead our flagship store in South West Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience aligned with our global reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and attention to detail.
  2. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to deliver on-brand store displays.
  3. Lead and inspire a team across creative and operations.
  4. Drive store sales to exceed targets and enhance profitability.
  5. Lead change and innovation, supporting new ideas and initiatives to evolve the retail experience for the customer.
  6. Maximise store sales and manage stock levels through analysing relevant reports, reviewing market trends and creative management of merchandise from receipt to sales.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Proven retail management experience, ideally in a high-turnover or flagship store as a senior manager.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a large team.
  3. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and customer service focus.
  4. Ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions (back of house, scheduling, organisation).
