Store Manager - Luxury Retail

At Reiss Limited, we're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our London Bridge Store. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the store's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Performance: Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Lead the store team to deliver personalized service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, conducting regular performance reviews and probation checks.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions are executed to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven retail management experience in a similar-sized operation.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent product management skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
