Store Manager Wanted for Luxury Brand

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Progresso Search. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth in our luxury store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Upskill and equip team members with the tools to succeed through clear communications and interaction.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Experience: You will need to have experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Skills: You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
