Job Title: Store Manager - Luxury Fashion
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion store in the retail industry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets the company's quality and style standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in the luxury fashion industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and industry standards
