Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales revenue and exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised, with a strong focus on presentation and display.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to address any areas of underperformance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage the store's inventory and stock levels to ensure that the store is fully stocked and that stock levels are optimised to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and budget, and work closely with the store's management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury fashion retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products, with a strong understanding of the latest fashion trends and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
