Job Title: Luxury Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Store Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with the boutique manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Ensure that all sales consultants are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that they are within budget and aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with the HR department to develop and implement employee training programs to improve sales skills and customer service
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a senior supervisor or assistant store manager in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
