Assistant Showroom Manager – Luxury Retail

C2 Recruitment is proud to partner with a rapidly growing luxury retailer based in the heart of London. Our client has a dedicated worldwide following and is now seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to assist the Showroom Manager in the management of a small team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury sector and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Showroom Manager in the management of a small team to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations and running of the store, including managing stock, visual merchandising, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand at all times, engaging with customers and instilling passion for the brand within the team.
  • General management of the store in the absence of the Showroom Manager.
  • Actively implement and follow company procedures, standards, and policies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to host high-status clients and facilitate their needs and requests.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in a luxury environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their role, both operational and customer-focused.
  • Well-presented and articulate, demonstrating respect and politeness at all times.
  • Ambitious and passionate about achieving results.
  • Able to engage with a wide range of clients with a professional, calm, and elegant approach.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Highly organized with the ability to successfully handle multiple demands and priorities.
