About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants by promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty to the brand.
  • Coach and train the team on selling techniques to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Take a proactive approach to driving business growth, organizing events, and implementing commercial initiatives to meet sales targets.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and brand culture to provide expert advice and build sales.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, manage staff rotas and shifts, and analyze and report KPIs results to the company.
