Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Skincare Expert to join our team as a National Skincare Specialist. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional luxury skincare experiences to our clients, while also driving sales and growth through your expertise and knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and uphold beauty room standards with excellence across all locations in your market, collaborating with the local and global Education team to ensure all luxury treatment needs are met.
  • Perform elevated skincare treatments for consumers as needed in key doors nationally, with two days per week spent in Flagship London store.
  • Ensure personal retail and experience targets are met consistently, analyzing results and identifying luxury skincare retail and market growth opportunities.
  • Act as an elevated luxury skincare representative and ambassador for the Estée Lauder brand in public, guest appearances, in-store and virtual events, press and influencer partnerships/events.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to identify high-profile opportunities to elevate the brand's luxury skincare offering.
  • Lead by example by delivering the highest level of Re-Nutriv service every day.
  • Elevate Beauty Advisor skillsets through facilitation and demonstration in Re-Nutriv seminars and through in-store coaching as needed to support Beauty Advisor Re-Nutriv Ambassadors in achieving personal/counter retail and experience goals.
  • Identify and share local skincare product and experience trends with local affiliate and global teams regularly.
  • Support UK&I Regional Education Managers in the Re-Nutriv strategy execution and participate regularly in Global-led Education opportunities.
  • Host elevated livestreams on brand-owned channels as needed, primarily on YouTube and ELUK Instagram.
  • Lead by example in content creation, creating elevated skincare expert content on relevant social channels regularly.
Requirements
  • Licensed Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist/Facialist
  • Location base in London
  • Willing to travel regularly across UK & Ireland and occasionally outside of UK & Ireland
  • 5-8 years of elevated skincare experience
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative
  • Stylish, modern, groomed
  • Confident, people person who is able to personalize the consumer experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to be on-camera/social channels
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a retail environment required
  • Knowledge and professional experience with prestige beauty products and concepts
  • Previous experience in treatment room essential
