Job Title: National Skincare Expert

Join our esteemed team as a National Skincare Expert, where you will deliver exceptional luxury skincare experiences to our discerning clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of skincare expertise, product knowledge, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and maintain beauty room standards across all locations, collaborating with the Education team to ensure luxury treatment needs are met.
  • Perform elevated skincare treatments for consumers in key doors, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and personalized experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored skincare solutions.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to identify high-profile opportunities to elevate the brand's luxury skincare offering.
  • Lead by example, delivering the highest level of Re-Nutriv service every day and elevating Beauty Advisor skillsets through coaching and training.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of elevated skincare experience
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude
  • Stylish, modern, and groomed appearance
  • Confident, people person with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a retail environment
  • Knowledge and professional experience with prestige beauty products and concepts
