Job Title: Brand Retail Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Dr Sam's Skincare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and store teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store teams, and key retailers to drive repeat business and brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with product/brand education to ensure the highest level of service and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in and help organise store events designed to promote brand image, awareness, and maximise sales.
  • Engage with customers through in-store activities such as product application demos, our Routine Finder Quiz, and popup events.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to management and collaborate with the Retail and Education Manager to develop and implement strategies for store performance, event planning, staff training, and sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience within the beauty industry, ideally skincare.
  • Skincare knowledge / passion preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to provide personalised and effective customer service.
  • Track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and store teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
  • Ability to travel across sites and outside of London according to the needs of the business.
