KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary goal of the Luxury Brand Representative is to achieve sales objectives collaboratively within the team by adhering to Coty's customer service and sales excellence standards. The ideal candidate should possess a robust sales background and demonstrated experience in the beauty sector, coupled with a high level of makeup artistry and preferred fragrance expertise.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Meeting monthly sales goals and upholding company performance indicators
  • Setting a standard as a brand representative, safeguarding the integrity of Coty brands while following company uniform and grooming standards
  • Fostering strong relationships with the Coty in-store team and maintaining connections with retail staff and management
  • Utilizing technology for communication, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Building rapport with customers to influence sales and encourage upselling

All team members are sales-driven skincare specialists within our portfolio. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate and ambitious, taking pride in representing this prestigious brand.

As an accomplished Luxury Brand Representative in beauty retail, you possess a profound passion for skincare and luxury brands, treating the business as if it were your own. You thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.

In addition, you should have:

  • Knowledge and experience in the skincare industry
  • A strong sales background with a focus on achieving and managing targets
  • The ability to cultivate strong relationships with in-store retail teams
  • Experience in flagship stores is advantageous
