About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues related to our Global Payroll and Global Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues related to Global Payroll and Global Benefits.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our platform and its features.
  • Communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer success capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
