Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Education Support Professionals Ltd. As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing school networks across various boroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support school networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement new technologies to improve network efficiency and security.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and roll out new equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, managing expectations and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan and manage daily tasks, prioritizing deadlines and remaining composed in pressurized situations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Windows 10/11.
  • Experience working in the education sector, with a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to undertake a suitable DBS clearance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
