Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Healthcare Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure that our residents receive person-centred care.
- Ensure that accurate care and medical records are maintained, and that our residents' rights to independence and choice are respected.
- Instill a positive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration among our staff.
- Support our care team and hold regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure that our staff are equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Liaise with health professionals and relatives to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Maintain a safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to all relevant safety requirements.
