Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Athena Healthcare Group. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive a high-quality catering and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all catering areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Follow all operational procedures within the kitchen and dining areas to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Collect, wash, and replenish drinking jugs and glasses from residents' rooms and lounge areas, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and tidy.
  • Prepare and deliver meal trays to residents' rooms and dining areas, taking into account any dietary requirements or preferences.
  • Aware of all residents' dietary needs and preferences, and take steps to ensure that their requirements are met.
