Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control residents' nutritional and dietary requirements, ensuring their needs are met and their health is maintained.
  • Support and guide the care team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion in all aspects of care.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse (Days) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Good leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the care team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of nursing practice.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) for the appropriate client group.
  • Relevant care home experience, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of older adults.
  • Experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control, and pressure area care.
