Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (Days) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our staff to ensure the delivery of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete all necessary documentation to ensure accurate and timely care delivery
- Monitor and control residents' nutritional and dietary requirements to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Support and guide the care team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
