We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Athena Healthcare Group. As a key member of our Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
  • Monitor and manage residents' nutritional and dietary requirements, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills, and supporting the development of the Care Team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

    • Is a registered nurse with a valid PIN number and relevant care home experience.
