About Athena Healthcare Group

Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete all necessary documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensure that all documentation reflects the care provided and any clinical interventions.
- Leave clear, concise, and personalized instructions for ongoing care delivery.
- Monitor and control residents' nutritional and dietary requirements.
- Support, guide, and lead the team to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
About You
We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- The ability to use initiative.
- Good time management and organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Be currently registered with the NMC for the appropriate client group (valid PIN number).
- Have relevant care home experience.
- Have experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control, and pressure area care.
