Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control residents' nutritional and dietary requirements, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support and guide the team to ensure the safety of residents and staff, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring each resident receives personalized attention.

About You

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current registration with the NMC for the appropriate client group (valid PIN number).
  • Relevant care home experience, with a strong understanding of medication administration, wound care, infection control, and pressure area care.
