We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Athena Healthcare Group. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Healthcare Assistants in providing person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Ensure accurate care and medical records are maintained, and that all safety requirements are met.
- Support the care team, holding regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure high-quality care.
- Liaise with health professionals and relatives to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
About You
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering high-quality care. You will have strong leadership skills, be able to use initiative, and have good time management and organisation skills.
Requirements
- Relevant medication administrative experience.
