Job Summary
The Senior Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for leading a team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring that all residents receive person-centred care and support. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Healthcare Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Ensure that all residents' rights are respected and their dignity is maintained at all times
- Keep accurate care and medical records, and maintain confidentiality
- Instill a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Liaise with health professionals and relatives to achieve the best care outcomes for residents
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to all safety requirements
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience
