Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring that all members of the team provide person-centred care to our residents while respecting their dignity and privacy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that each individual's right to independence and choice is met.
- Keep accurate care and medical records.
- Instil a positive work environment.
- Support your care team and hold their supervisions/appraisals.
- Liaise with health professionals and relatives to achieve the best care for each resident.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors according to all safety requirements.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a team player with an eye for accuracy, be proactive and enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.

- Strong communication skills.

- Good time management and organisation skills.
- Relevant medication administrative experience.
- Relevant care home experience.
