Healthcare Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:
As a seasoned Healthcare Portfolio Manager at Gallagher, you will spearhead new business development efforts, focusing on expanding our Direct Healthcare portfolio. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, driving financial targets and expanding our client base.
• Efficiently manage the pipeline, ensuring effective lead tracking, appointments, and conversion opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic business generation plans, driving new business revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional service to newly acquired clients, attending meetings as required, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong technical healthcare knowledge, acquired through industry exams and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Previous experience in healthcare portfolio management, with a proven track record of successful new business generation, is essential.
